New Power Level System

There will be a new power level system - called Power Tiers - that will determine the strength of each character being accepted. Characters that have already been accepted will also be given a power level. With this new system, characters are not allowed to determine their own rank on their application - though they can say what rank they would like to have - and this also includes not stating how powerful they are in their history. Eg, 'Yuki was accepted by the shinigami and was good enough to be a lieutenant'.

Wasn't Hayami making a stat system? and if your giving people who have already rped tiers that could fuck shit up based on RP events already started.

I already talked to Sarah about this - I wouldn't change something on her site without her approval - and she agreed that it would be easier than the stat system for everybody on the site, and a lot less hassle having to always constantly changing numbers.

With people that have already been rping without tiers, firstly their applications will be looked at to see what rank they are currently so that they can have a base power level, and then if they have upgradeed their power through modifications to their abilities through training then that power level will be changed accordingly.
