HC/W,M,S - Head captain level/weak, mid, or strong: this is given to the head captain’s of each three races – vizards, shinigami, and espada – and it is determined whether they are weak, strong, or in the middle - a weak one at this level can be equivalent to a HL/S

With espada/arrancar with their heirro abilities, a person must be at least three levels under that espada/arrancar's tier level before they can say that the attacks are having less effect due to power differences. This does not meant that an espda or arrancar can say that an attack has completely no effect on them due to a difference in power larger then three levels - there will always be some affect as they aren't invincible, just that the effect will become more minimal the larger the power gap is.

Power levels will be determined by the quality of the application, how good the zanpakuto/doll is, and the abilities they have are good quality and not OP – somebody whose abilities are more OP will get a lower power level than somebody with nice, rounded un OP abilities.

Bounts and quincy’s will be determined on the spot based completely on their application, because 1. There isn’t that many of them, and 2. They could be really weak, really strong, or anywhere in between – so it would need to be a judgement call

Do not complain to another admin/mod about the power level that you have been given - if you do that then you run the risk of it being lowered. Also, the same will happen if you complain about your power level to somebody else. This power level can be changed by ranking up - see the topic 'Ranks and Ranking Up' - and you will need to show your ability to RP in both a fight situation and a none fight, and your new power level will be determined by the quality of those two RP's. If you are trying to rank up to captain class then it will also be determined on the quality of your bankai.

How will these be given to people?

For new applications that come in it will be based solely on the quality of their application and given out when they are accepted to the site, as stated at the bottom of the original post, but for people that have already been rping than it will be decided based firstly off their application to see where they should be at, and then modified accordingly based on whether they have improved through training and gaining new abilities and such.

god damn x.x you do realize people hate doing apps so it really ruins the power levels? mainly due to the fact most of us are lazy and hate doing long apps, when we could get approved for much less?

You don't need a really long application, it's about quality not quantity. Sarah's already stated the minimum people have to write for history's for each rank, so they don't need to go over that, and as long as it's well written with correct punctuation and grammer, then there's really no problem. If you write a short application and it's good, then it is very possible to get a good power level. Also, a person is still allowed to state what rank they would like to be, and so that gives a base to see whether they deserve that power level based on what they have written - also, almost every rank can have multiple power levels that they can be, and so that's the difference between, say, a weaker lieutenant and a stronger one.

This is generally such a bad idea. The freedom that this site had given to the members was the very essence of it's soul. Members who weren't so great could enlist in the most prestigous classes and ranks. Though now, they must undergo humiliation, based upon their rank.

Furthermore, you can''t put a number or a stat or number on a persons ability to RP, there will be players among the low ranks that are highly impressive, though, through this system, they'd be demeaned into a lesser stature.

In essence. I think this is a pity. I'm really disappointed to see it appear. Plus the stat system isn't, exponenetially, the greatest. Look at it, simple words to describe it. Now we'll see people thoring in claims,

i.e. "I am the higher rank so I can do this and you can't" hence the liberty is gone once again. I highly advise that the system to be overlooked, removed or revised.

This isn't a stat system, and it was put into place because there have been a lot of talks lately about people abusing their freedom to be stronger than what their ranks dictates they should be. It is possible to improve your power level through the system Sarah already put into place a while ago, and so people should always be aiming to improve their own abilities.

Also, if there is an exeptional person who can RP very good, but there isn't any high ranking spots open for them to choose then they will get the highest power level for that rank that they can get, because the truth of the matter is rank dictates how powerful you are. In Bleach a captain commander will always be stronger than your average captain, a captain will always be stronger than your average lieutenant, etc.

This means that, while it is true some people may pull the rank card, that isn't such a bad thing because it puts into perspective that espada and captains are strong, and it will make their underlings or subordinates respect their power. Obviously if somebody abuses their power through godmodding then their rank will be pulled from them, as that isn't tolerated on the site.

But again, not everybody can be super strong, there needs to be a good balance of stronger and weaker people on the site, because if everybody starts out strong then how will people improve?

However, if you really are having trouble with the fact that a good RPer won't get a great high ranking spot, it is possible to become an enigma to the rule and have maybe one level above your rank, but that would be rare and your application would need to be very good.

I say go for. It sounds like it can work. Like Inga no Kusari. They have something similar to this and it works, but it is really structured and I think that the people who would complain would be the ones who are seated and try to out do a captain or vice-captain. By stating that their shikai does this and that.

I changed my zanpakutous abilities around to make them effect everyone. It takes longer to use all the attacks, which is why shikai is not used anymore, but this should be good.

I think this is pretty OK, as long as a good explaination why you got that rank is included.

I defenately approve of this. So far, I think that people have shown, that the players of this site are not mature enough to let the RP flow with fluent power levels. This will solve a lot of arguements in the chat.

Ei honestly i have to agree with Kaimei. Though some people are better rp then most people if you think about it now all people are going to get is low ranks kinda all captains and lts are filled and i choose a low seat so i guess this means i won't have to do anything if espada attack *shrugs* i could jsut run

If a person has a really good application and they want to go for a high seat like captain or lieutenant then they are allowed to challenge someone for their spot - it says so in the rules.

Hello here Umm you completely take out the chance to power through Rp. as well as this would be good for a new site but for a site that has already started and you cannot simply take away the powers of people that have bankai or something else like that lets see I dunno who but I heard Zilo has been powered down.

Umm Which he chose 5th seat or 3rd seat whatever but since he was approved with bankai and such he would either have to re-edit his profile to make it worthy enough or we'll have to delete the post which he has used bankai. SO what your suggesting we are supposed to be doing is either do a global re-dit of the site OR just frankly restart the site because that is basically what you are telling us to do.
