Healing causes him pain, but he can choose to not regenerate a wound. He can temprarily give someone this ability (a single post afterwards) by having them ingest his blood. More than three times a topic will kill a human, a shinigami will take five and a Arrancar will take ten. He cannot survive any instant kill move. Or one that is to large to heal in time. He can survive up to 7 kill shots maximum per topic.

Descritption: James is able to remain perfectly still. Is able to completely hide his Rieatsu from detection. He can also focus it to temporarily(takes one post of charge) have double his physical stats for three posts. Can Last inevitably.

Can he survive any wounds which could be fatal - such as a beheading? Also, lower how many fatal shots you can get before dying because you don't get 10 fatal shots within a fight, or even five - so just make it a little more manageable. What is the cooldown for regenerating a limb? Eg if he lost both his legs would he be able to regenerate one and than instantly regenerate the other after the one post regenerating time for the first limb - or does he have to wait a few posts before regenerating the second limb?

He can stay prefectly still inevitably, same with hsi Rieatsu hiding.

No, he cannot survive any instant kill move. Or one that is to large to heal in time. How about 7, a half way point between what you said^^. No cooldown for limb regen, and he would regenerate both legs at the same time, but it would still take a post.
