Rules on Forbidden Kido x.x

rules on kido period.... vice captain of 11th squad shouldnt be able to use a level 99 kido period x.x

Lawl. No vice captain can use kido upto 99, heck even Byakuya can use kido above 89. He's never been seen using it meaning to say how can a Vice-Captain. The only exception should be that of the Kido Corps.

In all honesty don't members of the 11th call kidou users wimps and shun all use of kidou period?

How about allowing kido usage for the ones who achieved it through training.

Or a usage chart in general.

Each division can have a separate chart, but im not sure if Serenity has division rankings at all.

Can we bring in the Shikon no Tama (Jewel of Four Souls) from Inu-Yasha into play since someone has the Hogyoku? xD
