LEMONS AND OTHER SEXUAL THINGS!

I'm absolutely tired of seeing lemons, seeing people talk about sexual things, it's BULL CRAP! We have MINORS HERE! There is NO age limit, meaning you dont have to be 11, 13, or 18 to register on this website, meaning there are LOTS of minors running around here! And we have JACKASSES that Lemon (sex rp) talk about sexual things, speak and laugh about rape!

Let me show you something, hopefully this'll catch your attention!

You should now. It is something that can get the site down, and after speaking to a Forumotion Admin about this matter, let me quote what he said.

We also hear a lot about sexual talk about: Rape, Sex, Sexual content and/or material going on in the chat boxes.

That is strictly against the rules of Forumotion, and that is why there is a check box when you hit "Report Abuse" at the bottom of any Forumotion site. It is a serious offense, and can get people in a lot of trouble, not to mention us here at Forumotion. It is against the rules, and if reported, will in fact get a site shut down, and disallow the email address used on said Forumotion website to be used again, and all users with the email addresses, as well as the I.P. Address that partake in anything involving pornographic or sexual content on the site will be permanently banned from Forumotion, and any other affiliates.

I would agree with you on that, but to be fair, this is a bleach site and they make sexual jokes all the time. And technically, them being the main host for the web site are suppose to give the creator of sites options on making a site age restricted and since they apparently don't if one were to get in trouble for breaking those rules. They will still be the main target.

Which mean they lose money for ads and anything else. So, they should fix that. Even Invision free gives people that basic option.

I've been the head admin on a bleach rp site, and i dont remember anywhere where it has an age restriction option. And if we're made to have a set age, then more than half the site goes bye bye.

Actually, there is a place for an age restriction, but the fact is that there is no age restriction on this site - so it wouldn't matter if there was an option or not.

If this type of content can possibly get a site shut down, then I say that it should be banned on the site in any public places, and anyone in violation of that, and posting sexual RPs in a public places, should get a temporary suspension from the site. That's just my opinion.

You know, I'm on an invisionfree site that anyone can join, and that site has x-rated threads and posts. You know the solution they had so that underage people, or people not mature enough to handle such things, didn't see the forum these threads went in? You had to know the password, which was provided to you by the head admin of the site if you asked for it and he knew you were old or mature enough. I agree with Hayami and Lightning. If people REALLY need to be so immature that they must have some kind of "Sex RP" then they need to take it to PM's, that is not something everyone wants and/or needs to see. I mean seriously, GROW UP people.

Think of it this way: It's just a bunch of words upon a page, not like we're posting nude pictures or pornography. THAT'S what "Sexual and/or pornographic content" means. Messaging the Forumotion admins with something as trivial as this proves no cause as were I to provide an argument stating such I could convince them that this being just words, can have no real effect if minors do no know what they mean. However, if they do know what a vagina, penis, sex, fucking, dick all that are, then really: How is what we're posting any worse than what they learn in school? If they know what this stuff is, then they've already learned about it, and can not really blame anyone but themselves. If something is posted on here, and it describes sexual intercourse. Again, one more time: They are just words. And knowing this, I can say that all of the things we do on these types of sites "role-playing" is just a form of story or creative writing as would be the Lemons. Think on this, truly. If you are tired of seeing them, pay them no mind. Yes they pop up a lot BUT you don't have to read them. If you leave well enough alone, then we will not have an issue on such things as this. Also: You should think on the fact that the youngest members we've had so far have been twelve or thirteen(Based on me reading through characters, and their ages a bit) though this could be a lie, still who would wanna join a site like this without expecting lemons. If you know what is being said in a post then you should know what X rated means.....I never have nor ever will roleplay intercourse on a bleach Rp site but if someone wants to do it they are entitled to it. If you're young then dont read it, RPing sex isnt immature at all. That doesnt make sense....? Its immature to make a thread about it, if you dont like it then dont read. Now that Urufu has made a section for it, there should be no problems so this is dead.......

Its not going to be shut down at all. I understand your concern but thats an exaggerated claim, we all know it is.

Sanba's right. I've had lots of sites with sexual content. They were never shut down. Also, I want to mention that this is a BLEACH site. NOT a sex site. In Bleach there's no sex. There's lots of fighting and other things. I don't really feel the need to have mature topics on this site.

An exaggerated claim? I'm not SERIOUS when i say this, but this is how the scenario will go.

1. Eric goes to Yahoo.com

2. Eric logs onto his email

3. Eric goes to his inbox

4. Eric clicks on the email with the Forumotion Administrator

5. Eric replies, giving the site url, quotes from sex topics, and links to sex topics

6. Admin reviews, shuts down.

That is what will happen. It is not an exaggeration, just because you've had sex topics before, doesn't mean it'd automatically get shut down. It takes a report of which to do so. It doesn't just happen - they have to be properly informed.

Maybe we should make the sex topics not viewable to guests.

Jesus christ, as I said before I never had nor ever will post a sex topic. But there are a lot of members who come here rather than other sites because it is available. Urufu made a separate forum that cannot be viewed by anyone accept those invited in. If you would like to see these sex topic PM an admin about it. It is an exaggerated claim because NO ONE has reason to report anyone on this site. Sarah made the site and allows there to be sex topics. They are all marked with X rated. You are the only minor who has complained. SO DONT READ THEM. Now we have a SEPARATE FORUM, invite only. The argument is squashed. If there are any sex topics that you can see tell an admin or mod and we will handle it
