Personality: Around humans he is a very loving and caring person. He never stops caring. Yet when a human is in trouble he would get very serious and help out. When speaking with fellow Quincies he acts cool and calm and itelegent. Yet during battles with hollows he acts the same yet ruthless. When speaking with shinigami his itelect goes up very high as if he knows everything.

Techniques

Name: goni
Description: this technique only works once and only has two times to perform per fight. Kotsu is consumed by the arrow substance and is able to punch hit someone and cause good amount of damage like the arrow would do.

Name: honi
Description: this move is when kotsu gathers together all the spirit particles and shots one gigantic enormous arrow. It's only able to be used twice a fight. It's cooldown is two post. 

Name: juni
Description: this technique fires 50 arrows in one sling. There homing arrows so they follow only kotsu's enemies. This move is only useable three times per-fight. Cooldown is threepost. Only useable if trini has been used. 

Name: foni
Description: this technique fires 75 arrows. There homing and only useable in one post during a battle. No cooldown. Only useable if juni has been used. 

Name: duposhini
Description: this technique fires off 100 arrows. There all homing and can only be used if foni was used. Only useable in one post per battle. No cooldown

Description: this move fires 25 arrows that are homing moves. It's cooldown is two post. It's useable 4 times per-fight.

Description: a move that doubles ever meter it goes from the opponent. It's useable twice per-fight. It's cooldown is three post.  




History and RP Sample

History: Long ago, kotsu was born into a sweet loving family. As a kid he was home schooled and usually got whatever he wanted. He hardly had friends and his parents worked a lot. For hours he would be alone by himself. He usually cried himself to sleep. During his sixth birthday he heard noises of howls. When his parents had finally came home the howl got closer and closer. Till it was so close kotsu was shivering. It had busted in his house and was attacking his parents. Kotsu yelled out in pain of loosing them. All of a sudden the creature was killed by a man with a katana. As he left kotsu stayed there and cried for days. Although his spiritual power was growing stronger nothing could compare to there love. Six days after a strange man found him. He had some weird armor on. Kotsu had left and lived with him. The man taught him many moves of the Quincy so that he could defend himself next time. Kotsu was a quick learner so it was very quick during his training. After nine years passed kotsu was 15. He had quickly graduated from school and began to make his own moves as a Quincy. By 18 he had a arsenal full of moves ready to kill anything. At age 20 he still try his best to learn one more move to fill his arsenal up completey. From this day on he lives as a righteous Quincy. 

RP Sample:It was a Friday night. People were out having fun and partying. At least most people were except kotsu. He was hanging out on the roof of his apartment watching as people went by. He had loved the night at times because it was kinda peaceful at times. Other than the hollows it was great. Kotsu waited to hear a hollow sound. When he heard one he used the equivalent of shunpo for quinces to go directly to the place where it was. When he appeared the he said. "yoni." this move made all of his attacks at as if a soul reaper did them. As he got his bow ready he quickly fired killing the hollow in one shot and sending it to the soul society. He then stayed at the same place for a while looking at the stars.
