12th squad captain

well i would like to request the seat of captain for the 12th squad since the current one are inactive

well im not sure on the procedure for something like this, since technically Makoto hasnt missed an activity check.....so i am going to have to leave it for another moderator or admin to decide on ^^ sorry but i am really not sure on the procedure or rules so i cant help you out other than letting you know that someone has seen this request xD

If you want to go for the position than you are allowed to challenge the current captain to the position, though they don't have to accept the challenge. If they do then a topic is set up in the off-RPG area between you and the captain, where you will both fight for the position, showing your skill in writing and in fighting.

An admin will monitor the fight, reading every single post, and at the end they will determine who the better fighter was, sometimes regardless of who actually 'won' the fight; eg, if person A won the fight, but person B was a far better RPer, than they could still possibly win the position over the 'winner'.

If one person is unhappy with the result then they are allowed to ask another admin for a different opinion, but if they have the same answer than the decision stays.

So if you want to follow through with this just PM the current 12th division captain to challenge him, and if he accepts just PM an admin to let them know that this fight is going to be taking place.

why make SFD wait? Makoto DOES post, yes, but his last RP was September 13th, a month and a day ago. It needs to be taken from him and given to somebody who'll do their Captainly job, as well as actually post in a RP

That's not all, we have to see if you are even eligible for the 12th division captain position.

He's right. Since the current one is inactive, allow the staff to view members of Squad 12 and see who the most eligible person is and decide that way. It's the most fair since we have an inactive Captain, and itll give the entire division a chance to get it. Sound fair...?
