Personality: Katsumoto is a mysterious character that is quiet and the type of guy that will seem to appear from the darkness itself. his usual expression is emotionless at times and seems to not give a damn about the people or the events around him. when he chooses to, he reveals more of his personality which is sarcastic,cunning, and somewhat laid back.in battle he is extremely violent,and his insanity breaks loose as he meets a worthy opponent that can match his abilities and will not hesitate to kill. to some people he reveals his compassionate side and he will sometimes show some speck of mercy however this is rare.due to his past,Katsumoto isnt trusting towards many people and prefers to wander alone. only willing to work with others if its necessary. if he isn't training or wandering the world of the living he is found sleeping under the sakura tree behind his squad barracks. sometimes found reading or creating poetry.for his own amusement,he has a somewhat dramatic behavior that mixes with his poetic nature.

Bankai Description: Katsumoto develops certain changes in his appearance making him seem like a demon like arrancar minus the hollow hole.in this state, he can fly,his speed and strength is increased, and his kido use is much more effective than it was in his shikai mode. His hat transforms into two butcher like katanas that glow a dark red constantly reflecting his kido energy. he can cut through anything except wind. and he can shoot blue flames from his swords that cannot be put out by water. especially water that is controlled by reiatsu. if anything, reiatsu in general feeds the kido flames and increases its strength.

History and RP SampleHistory: Katsumoto began out as a boy in a small village not too far from the city of tokyo, his father left for the war when he was only two years old. He was left with his mother and sister, and his drunken uncle that beat him. Katsu began his life as an abused, misunderstood child. He was never religious but stook really close to local lore of his area.
One night, after a severe beating of his family, Katsu set out in order to find a job in tokyo, earn a little money so they could buy food. At his age of nine he thought his father was dead, and he felt as if he had nothing left but two girls in his world. So he left for tokyo and became a hatter. He made so many hats for his customers, and soon memorized every kind of hat there was to know.
Tokyo was a busy town at the time, it was changing from classical japan into modern japan. Katsumoto liked it, but did not like having to cut his hair and be restricted to wear swords. He often got in trouble with the police and actually served prison. He stayed behind bars and was tortured into insanity, by then he entered an asylum and was dunked into icewater for treatment.
Katsumoto while in the asylum could see the spirits of the dearly departed. They strode the halls as if they owned the place.They were victims of the asylums leader, Dr. Tanaka. He had friendships with the spirits. And he sat there in his jacket all day, talking, discussing many topics with his fellow mates in the spirit. So many topics were discussed that he was sat into the most 'haunted' area in the world. This apparently had many hollows in them. He was nineteen. And he was in the hollowfication process, with no one but himself to save him. he wished he could do more for his mother and sister. He wishede he could free them from his drunken uncle who thought he ran the world.
There Katsumoto sat, the chain links slowly eating themselves away, finally, they ate themselves together, but his spirit pressure was a match for the hollowfication. And the hollow mask simply just formed, instead of the classical way a hollow was to develop.
The process was extremely painful, he was in a meadow, boulders here and there, but open in itself, then he saw himself, only...black and white? This couldn't be right, he called out to him, asking his name. Which he had none. At this, he paused, a pain in his chest, and there he saw it, the hat on a stand. He layed it on his head, and he knew that it was not just a normal hat. It had an eerieness to it. And he loved it. He said goodbye to the duplicate of himself, picked up his blades, and left. He always felt as if there was a second, darker side to him that could break the surface any moment. He always took great care into it. He was a living shinigami, but how?
Of course, he hadn't a clue what he was, until other shinigami found him, many came and many attempted to report him, but Katsumoto sent them to a bitter end, a crime he still holds against himself today. He lived until he was twenty eight. And he died of cancer.
Katsumoto ended up in the soul reaper academy when he was a hundred. He was greatly mature socially, but not so mentally. He had a great talent in kido and swordsmanship.
His instructors and peers questioned his sexuallity and sent him to the womens barracks, where he made some great friends. Maybe an affair or two. but he graduated soon enough.
Katsumoto was a certified soul reaper. And was sent to fight hollows and arrancar. in a skirmish of las noches hollows and a few arrancar, Katsumoto was able to hold them all off easilly, with his awesome hat, and the arrancar retreated. He was advanced to his new rank. After a few more battles of course. Katsumoto still struggles with his peers and emotions. he is very outgoing and tends to feel his other side coming on though he so battles against it.

Katsumoto the ever so young soul reaper walked into the womens barracks, it was just after a=showers and he liked to get out early so there wouldn't be any questions about his manhood going around. His towel wrapped around his waist, he kneeled at the chest at the end of his bed and removed his clean uniform. Soon he heard the sound of giggling. He looked around with his curious eyes, his towel was removed and he had hung it up on the wall by his bed, he was literally frozen in time. And lightly frightened. "Who's there?" he called out lightly. Suddenly, one of the reapers his age came out of the corner of the room, only in her bathrobe. Blushing, Katsumoto attempted to cover himself but found that a bit akward, so he stayed naked. She approached tightly wrapped in her robe. Her breast were large and her hips were too, nice and tight, he chuckled at the thought. "Kasumi, why'd you do that?" he said lightly laughing.
Kasumi giggled and pressed her finger against Katsumoto's lips, untiying her robe with one hand, she spread so that her breast showed, Katsumotos, simply going with the flow, allowed her to press his head in. Massaging her breasts, with his hands and face. she gasped lightly and pressed harder, until it was kind of hard to breathe. Finally she let go and completely let go, Katsumoto felt stiffened. And he stood while she knelt and slipped the rod into her mouth, sliding out and in. Katsumoto gasping lightly.

Katsumtot woke up with Kasumi lightly on his chest, the drill instructors were getting ready to call everyone up. Uh oh. He dressed Kasumi and himself and waited for the instructors.
