Well, I haven't been on since Saturday, my time, because I've had these major wind storms, and it caused a blackout, which lasted until this morning. Thankfully the power is back ^^ But sorry to everyone I'm in a topic with

Down here in Victoria We've had the storms to! The power didn't go out, but we've had flooding!

Nah, in Australia, we don't have hurricanes most of the time. We've just had a really big storm that's affected all the states.

So you guys weren't really affected by the 7.2 quake in new zealand as well then?

We wern't affected, but we had small shocks, less then 1.0.

Yeah, I heard Victoria had floods - did you get the cyclonic winds as well? The slowest winds we got were around 79km/h, but that's probably 'cause I live pretty close to the coast.

I heard on the news that in NSW they're calling it the 'Father's day Storm'

Yeah, we had winds at 100/kh. Bad time to have a hole in my window.

Aw no, are you serious? That would suck having a hole in your window ^^
My dad's been building a new shed in our backyard, and the winds knocked it completely over - and it was a pretty sturdy wooden frame as well
